Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of neonatal patients under the guidance and in collaboration with an intensivist or his/her designee. Responsible for implementing strategies to meet the clinical, educational and research goals of the department and medical center. Also responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the values of the SSM Health Care System and principles of CQI.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Master’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of field experience.
- Licensed in the state of Missouri.
- Licensed by National Certifying Body
- NNP certification
- Solid competencies in assessment, interpersonal, and critical thinking.
- Cultivate professional growth and development.
- CPR and BLS are required
- Support and fulfill the mission and values of SSM
